Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery.
Troubleshoot mechanical equipment and resolve issues to minimize downtime.
Maintain utility equipment such as air compressors, pumps, cooling towers, DG sets, and HVAC systems.
Plan and execute maintenance schedules as per the maintenance calendar.
Ensure proper lubrication and upkeep of all machines.
Coordinate with production teams to improve machine availability.
Monitor spare parts inventory and raise purchase requisitions when required.
Prepare maintenance reports, machine history cards, and daily maintenance logs.
Implement TPM, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement activities.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance SOPs.
Assist in installation, commissioning, and relocation of current machinery.
Analyze root causes of equipment failures and implement corrective actions.

Pay: Up to ₹350,000.00 per month
