Job Title: HR Executive / HR Generalist

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for building a positive workplace culture.

Experience Required
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Human Resources.
Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations is mandatory.
Experience in the Education, Training, or Skill Development sector will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Coordinate employee induction and orientation programs.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
Coordinate training and development activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
Handle employee queries and resolve workplace concerns professionally.
Assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining MIS records.




Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and hiring requirements.

Required Skills
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of recruitment processes and HR operations.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with HRMS/ATS tools is an added advantage.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Educational Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
MBA in Human Resource Management will be an added advantage.
