Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Store Keeper / Store Manager who can efficiently manage store operations, inventory, and purchase activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in stock management, vendor coordination, and procurement. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, handling purchases, and ensuring the smooth availability of materials.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete store operations efficiently.
Handle purchasing and procurement of materials as per company requirements.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for quotations, negotiations, and timely deliveries.
Maintain accurate inventory records and stock registers.
Monitor stock levels and initiate timely purchases to avoid shortages.
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials.
Issue materials to departments while maintaining proper documentation.




Conduct regular stock audits and physical inventory verification.
Ensure proper storage and preservation of materials.
Prepare purchase orders, stock reports, and inventory reports.
Maintain all purchase and store-related documentation.
Coordinate with management regarding stock planning and procurement requirements.
Ensure proper inventory control to minimize wastage and losses.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Store Keeper or Store Manager.
Experience in purchasing, procurement, and vendor management is mandatory.
Solid knowledge of inventory control and stock management.
Positive negotiation and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, email communication, and basic computer operations is mandatory.
Ability to prepare reports and maintain accurate documentation.
Professional, responsible, and detail-oriented approach to work.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
