Job Summary
We are seeking a responsible and organized Logistics Store Executive to manage warehouse and store operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining inventory while ensuring accurate stock records and smooth logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials.
Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
Issue materials according to company procedures.
Organize and maintain the store efficiently.
Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and production teams.
Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), delivery challans, and stock reports.
Perform regular stock verification and inventory audits.
Ensure proper labeling and secure storage of materials.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages or damaged items.
Maintain cleanliness and follow workplace safety standards.
Requirements
Graduate or Higher Secondary (12th Pass);
1–3 years of experience in store.
Basic knowledge of inventory management.
Familiarity with MS Excel.
Valuable communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
