Position: HR Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage the company’s recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance, documentation, and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should possess robust communication and interpersonal skills and be capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
Conduct preliminary HR interviews and assist management during the selection process.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR documents.
Handle employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and personnel files.
Coordinate payroll inputs with the Accounts department.
Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain HR documentation.
Address employee queries and support employee engagement initiatives.




Coordinate training and performance review activities when required.
Perform other HR and administrative duties assigned by management.

Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in Human Resources.
Positive knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Solid communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.

Preferred Skills
Experience in recruitment for sales, operations, creative, and administrative roles.
Basic knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Salary

₹10000 per month (depending on experience and qualifications).

Working Days & Timings
Monday to Saturday
10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
