Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and take orders in a friendly, efficient manner.
Prepare and serve coffee and tea beverages (espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, etc.).
Operate coffee machines and other equipment.
Follow recipes and presentation standards.
Maintain cleanliness of the workstation, equipment, and seating areas.
Handle customer complaints or questions professionally.
Manage inventory and restock supplies (milk, coffee beans, cups, etc.).
Process payments using a cash register or POS system.
Support the team in opening and closing duties.
Comply with health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards.

Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail (especially with drink preparation).
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Friendly and customer-focused attitude.
Basic math skills (for handling cash and measurements).
Time management and reliability.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
