Responsible for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams
Lead the implementation of Salesforce Service Cloud solutions
Customize and configure Salesforce Service Cloud to meet business requirements
Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud
Robust understanding of Salesforce development best practices
Experience in Salesforce Service Cloud implementation
Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning components
Experience in Salesforce integration with external systems
Additional Information:
The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Service Cloud
