Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹45,000 per month+Incentives
Experience: Minimum 1 year of sales experience OR Freshers with excellent sales aptitude
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree is mandatory (Except B.Tech)
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday(Alternate Saturday off)
Travel Requirement: Up to 75% field travel
Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new customers through field sales and business development activities.
Promote and sell investment and financial products to current and existing clients.
Conduct financial need analysis and recommend appropriate investment solutions.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in Banking, BFSI, Insurance, NBFC,
or Financial Services.
Freshers with excellent sales skills and willingness to build a career in financial sales are also encouraged to apply.
Bachelor's Degree is mandatory (B.Tech graduates are not eligible).
Solid communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
