Assess, monitor, and record patients' health conditions.
Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed.
Assist physicians during examinations and medical procedures.
Monitor vital signs and promptly report any changes in patient condition.
Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and discharge instructions.
Ensure infection control and patient safety protocols are followed.
Respond effectively to medical emergencies.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
Maintain cleanliness and readiness of nursing stations and medical equipment.
Adhere to hospital policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
