We are looking for a proactive skilled with 3–4 years of experience in application support, troubleshooting, and enterprise application administration. The ideal candidate should have experience supporting .NET/SQL Server-based applications and providing technical assistance to users.

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
Provide application support via email, phone, and support tickets.
Resolve user issues and coordinate with the development team.
Support online applications, user management, and data handling.
Generate MIS reports and maintain support documentation.




Install software patches and assist in application testing.
Coordinate with Development and QA teams during deployments.

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of .NET MVC and SQL Server
Basic OOP concepts
Azure exposure
Solid analytical and troubleshooting skills

Candidate Profile
3–4 years of Application/IT Support experience.
Basic knowledge of SQL Server, IIS, and Microsoft technologies.
Solid documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Qualification: B.Tech, BCA, or MCA.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
