Job Requirements
This is a target-based field job.
Selected candidates will be required to achieve assigned collection targets within the prescribed Turnaround Time (TAT).
This role involves regular field visits, customer interaction, and performance-based responsibilities.
We are looking for energetic, self-motivated, confident, and result-oriented candidates who enjoy working in the field and can perform under deadlines.
Candidates should be willing to travel within the assigned area and maintain a qualified attitude while dealing with customers.
Previous experience in Collection, Recovery, Banking, NBFC, or Field Sales will be an added advantage. Freshers with a positive attitude are also encouraged to apply.
Eligibility
Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
Valid two-wheeler with Driving Licence is preferred.
Android smartphone is mandatory.
Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
