Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily construction activities and monitor work progress.
Coordinate and manage labor, subcontractors, and site personnel.
Ensure all work complies with project drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Enforce health and safety regulations and maintain a protected work workplace.
Monitor the use of construction materials, equipment, and tools.
Inspect completed work and identify any defects or required corrections.
Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and documentation.
Communicate with project managers, engineers, architects, and clients regarding site activities.
Resolve on-site issues and ensure minimal disruption to project schedules.
Maintain cleanliness, security, and organization of the construction site.

Required Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
Experience in construction site supervision.




Solid knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety practices.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic construction management software is an advantage.

Working Conditions
Primarily works on construction sites.
May require extended working hours and weekend work to meet project deadlines.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
