Location: Kuttoor, Thrissur
Lockhart Estate LLP is hiring a Sales Executive with experience in the real estate/builders industry to market and sell our premium villa project.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and convert leads for villa projects.
Conduct client meetings and site visits.
Explain project features, pricing, and payment plans.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
Coordinate with the marketing and project teams.
Requirements
1–3 years of sales experience with builders, developers, or real estate firms (preferred).
Experience in villa or residential project sales is an added advantage.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Valid driving licence and willingness to travel.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Work Location: In person
