We are looking for an experienced and agile Sales Manager to lead our BigWing Honda sales team. The ideal candidate should have robust leadership skills, a proven track record in automobile sales, and the ability to achieve business targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and manage the showroom sales team.
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
Monitor daily sales activities and team performance.
Generate new business opportunities and increase market share.
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Manage enquiries, test rides, bookings, deliveries, and follow-ups.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS.
Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, and Service departments for smooth vehicle delivery.
Train and develop the sales team on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Eligibility
Graduate.
5–8 years of experience in automobile sales, with at least 2 years in a Sales Manager or Team Leader role.
Experience in premium motorcycle or automobile dealership will be preferred.
Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
Positive knowledge of CRM and MS Office.
