Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, schedule, and motivate a team of stylists, technicians.
Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day salon operations, ensuring the space is clean, organized, and running smoothly.
Customer Experience: Maintain high standards of customer service, handle client inquiries, and resolve any issues gracefully.
Financial & Inventory Control: Manage salon budgets, track daily sales, and oversee inventory ordering/stock control for retail and back-bar products.
Marketing & Growth: Implement promotions, drive retail sales, and build local community relationships to attract new clients.

Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience as a Salon Manager, Assistant Manager, or Retail Manager.
Robust leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a creative team.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proficient with salon management software and basic computer skills.
Robust organizational and time-management abilities
Communication skill -ENGLISH & TAMIL (FLUENT)

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
