About the Role

We are looking for energetic, confident, and result-oriented Telecallers to connect with students and parents, explain our JEE, NEET, MHT-CET, and Foundation programs, schedule counselling sessions, and support the admission process.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
Handle inbound admission enquiries professionally.
Explain courses, scholarships, and academy features.
Schedule counselling appointments and follow-up calls.
Maintain accurate lead records in the CRM.
Convert enquiries into admissions through effective communication.
Coordinate with counsellors and the marketing team.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
Build long-term relationships with students and parents.

Eligibility




Graduate (preferred).
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Positive persuasion and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Google Sheets/CRM).
Experience in telecalling, counselling, sales, or customer support is preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome.
