Job description:

Key Responsibilities
Lead Response & Customer Handling
Respond promptly to leads from WhatsApp, Instagram, and other platforms.
Maintain skilled and engaging communication with new and existing customers.
Follow up with interested clients to convert inquiries into sales.
Social Media Coordination
Coordinate with the content team for daily and weekly social media posts.
Share customer insights with the marketing team to improve content strategy.
Ensure timely upload of stories, product posts, and announcements (if required).
Shoot Coordination
Work with the photography/videography team to plan and schedule product shoots.
Ensure the right products, models, and props are prepared before each shoot.
Assist in selecting final images/videos for posting.
Sales & Product Promotion
Present products clearly and persuasively to customers.
Maintain knowledge of current collections, offers, and stock availability.
Upsell and cross-sell products based on customer preference.
Communication & Reporting




Maintain daily logs of customer interactions and sales conversions.
Coordinate with inventory and logistics teams for order fulfillment.
Provide weekly updates to the Sales & Marketing Manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
Familiarity with WhatsApp, Instagram, and basic digital tools.
Sales-oriented mindset with positive negotiation skills.
Good multitasking and time-management abilities.
Prior experience in sales, customer support, or social media handling is a plus

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
