Roles and Responsibilities- Remote Counselor
Role: Calling

Responsibilities:
Conduct 80-100 outbound calls daily to potential and existing students, promoting the company's programs and services.
Perform follow-up calls to engage with students and address any inquiries, providing information about offerings.
Role: Student Profiling, Walk-in Generation, and Delegation

Responsibilities:
Screen student profiles during calls to identify suitable candidates for abroad programs, including assessing their suitability for studying abroad.
Achieve a target of 5 student walk-ins daily by effectively engaging with potential students and encouraging them to visit.
Delegate appropriate candidates to relevant departments or teams for further processing and assistance.
Role: Administration

Responsibilities:




Maintain accurate reports, including a walk-in sheet and a calling sheet, to track daily activities and outcomes.
Submit regular progress reports to management detailing call outcomes and student interactions.
Update student details in the CRM system promptly after each interaction, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
Monitor CRM entries for accuracy and completeness, facilitating better follow-up and engagement strategies.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
