Role Description:

We are looking for a result-oriented and customer-focused Deputy Manager – Sales (Real Estate) to manage end-to-end sales activities at the site. The role involves handling walk-in customers, attending leads generated through telecalling and marketing channels, conducting site visits, and converting prospects into bookings. The candidate will play a key role in achieving sales targets by ensuring effective follow-ups, solid customer handling, and coordination with internal teams.

Qualifications:
Graduate / MBA in Marketing or relevant field
5–6 years of experience in real estate sales (site sales preferred)
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Good understanding of real estate sales process and customer handling
Ability to work in a target-driven workplace
Proficiency in basic computer operations (Excel, CRM tools preferred)
Robust follow-up and closing skills

Key Responsibilities:
Handle walk-in customers and explain project details, pricing, and offers
Conduct site visits and give effective project presentations




Follow up on leads generated through telecalling, marketing, and references
Convert leads into bookings and support the registration process
Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions
Build strong relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals
Coordinate with CRM, accounts, and other departments for smooth deal closure
Ensure timely follow-ups and high conversion ratio of assigned leads
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by management
Stay updated with project details, inventory status, pricing, and offers
Support senior management in closing high-value deals when required
Maintain professionalism and ensure excellent customer experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
