Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting operations, financial record-keeping, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, ROC Compliance and accounting software such as Tally Prime,

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping records.
Prepare and manage invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and purchase entries.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
Assist in GST, TDS, and statutory compliance filings.
Maintain vendor and customer account records.
Support payroll processing and employee reimbursement management.
Prepare monthly financial reports and MIS reports.
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and internal departments.




Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial transactions.
ROC Compliance

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, or Accounting.
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.
Proficiency in Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Good communication and organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications
1–4 years of experience in accounting or finance.
Experience in the real estate, construction, or infrastructure sector is an added advantage.
