Shift Timing: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Night Shift)

Key Responsibilities
Source and screen candidates for US IT requirements.
Work on contract, contract-to-hire, and full time positions.
Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct preliminary candidate screening and schedule interviews.
Coordinate with hiring managers and clients throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview status, offers, and onboarding.

Required Skills
Minimum 2 year of experience in US IT Recruitment.
Understanding of US staffing and recruitment processes.




Knowledge of US work authorizations and tax terms.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience using recruitment tools and job portals.
Ability to work in a night shift setting and achieve hiring targets.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
