We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager / General Manager to oversee organizational systems, streamline operations, identify current opportunities for growth, and contribute to research and development initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a key role in improving internal processes, exploring new courses and training programs, conducting market research, and implementing cutting-edge strategies to enhance organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the overall functioning of organizational systems and processes.
Research and identify new educational courses, training programs, and business opportunities.
Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Lead process improvement and system development initiatives.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and goal achievement.
Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for management.
Monitor organizational performance and suggest corrective actions where necessary.
Support recruitment,



employee development, and performance management activities.
Develop policies, procedures, and best practices for continuous improvement.
Manage special projects and organizational development initiatives.

Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in HR Management, Operations Management, General Management, or Organizational Development.
Solid research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
Experience in process development, system implementation, and project management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and business management tools.
Ability to identify opportunities and implement innovative solutions.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
