Looking for Fresher B.Tech Food Technology graduate.
Assist in managing daily production activities as per the production plan
Ensure adherence to food safety standards such as HACCP, GMP, and hygiene protocols
Monitor production processes to maintain product quality and consistency
Coordinate with Quality and Maintenance teams for smooth operations
Maintain production records, batch details, and documentation
Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce wastage
Ensure proper utilization of raw materials and resources
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines
Open to working in rotational shifts, including night shifts
Comfortable working in a shop floor / manufacturing workplace
Willingness to work extended hours during peak production periods

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
