Responsibilities
Perform daily inspections, fault diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of in office/online hardware equipment to ensure secure operation.
Handle equipment fault tickets, quickly locate issues, close loops, and document fault logs and solutions.
Execute routine O&M; tasks such as firmware upgrades, parameter configuration, and version iteration.
Maintain O&M; records and asset information, and analyze operational data including equipment failure rate and downtime duration.
Coordinate and provide feedback on equipment issues to drive optimization and rectification.
Comply with on-site O&M; procedures and enforce safety operation requirements.
Requirements
Experience in hardware equipment O&M;, with the ability to independently troubleshoot common software and hardware issues.
Familiar with equipment debugging and basic network configuration; proficient with common O&M; tools.
Detail-oriented, responsible, robust execution, and good problem-solving and service awareness.
Familiar with Linux development environment; proficient in Shell and Python. Familiarity with Docker and System Service; understanding of embedded software and hardware is a plus.
