Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales, operations, supply chain, manufacturing, and corporate functions, ensuring timely closure of positions.
Handle employee onboarding, induction, confirmation processes, employee documentation, and HRIS/employee record management.
Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, final settlements, and employee perks administration.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements including PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, Shops & Establishment Act, and other applicable regulations.
Support employee engagement initiatives, grievance handling, employee relations, and activities that enhance workplace culture and retention.
Assist in performance management processes including goal setting, performance reviews, appraisal cycles, and employee development programs.
Prepare and maintain HR MIS reports, recruitment trackers, attrition reports,



compliance records, and workforce analytics.
Manage employee lifecycle activities including transfers, promotions, disciplinary actions, exit formalities, and exit interviews.
Partner with business leaders and department heads to support manpower planning and HR initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical standards, code of conduct, and organizational governance requirements while maintaining confidentiality of employee information.

Pay: ₹10,859.70 - ₹33,163.72 per month
