Electrical Duties: Install/repair wiring, switchboards, electrical apparatus, lighting systems, and components such as circuit breakers.
Plumbing Duties: Install/repair pipes, PVC/PPR lines, water heaters, and drain systems.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Conduct routine inspections, identify hazards, and perform repairs on broken fixtures, leaky pipes, or electrical faults.
Safety & Compliance: Adhere to local building codes, safety standards, and regulations.
Project Documentation: Read and interpret technical diagrams and maintain records of materials used.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: Proven experience as an electrician, plumber, or maintenance technician.
Certifications: Journeyman or Master license in electrical/plumbing (as applicable).
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of electrical systems, plumbing systems, and secure handling of hazardous materials.
Physical Strength: Ability to handle heavy equipment and work in, at times, confined spaces.
