Management Trainee – Marketing & Growth

Employment Type: 6-Month Internship (Management Trainee)

Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs and growth opportunities.
Leads management
Analyse campaign performance and prepare reports.
Support content marketing, branding, and social media initiatives.
Collaborate with sales and product teams to generate marketing strategies.
Track market trends and competitor activities.
Help identify current customer acquisition and business growth opportunities.

Required Skills
MBA (Freshers) or final semester students.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong research and analytical abilities
Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to learn.
Robust problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
