We are looking for an experienced and responsible Plant Supervisor to manage daily production operations at our FMCG manufacturing plant. The candidate should have hands-on experience in supervising manpower, maintaining production efficiency, ensuring quality standards, and coordinating with different departments for smooth plant operations.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily plant production activities and shop floor operations
Monitor production targets and ensure timely completion
Handle manpower planning, shift management, and worker supervision
Ensure proper machine utilization and coordinate with maintenance teams
Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards as per FMCG industry norms
Monitor raw material usage and reduce wastage during production
Coordinate with dispatch, warehouse, and quality departments
Maintain production reports, shift records, and operational documentation
Ensure discipline and smooth workflow within the plant
Identify operational issues and provide quick resolutions
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG manufacturing industry
Experience in handling plant/shop floor operations
Positive leadership and team handling skills
Basic knowledge of production planning and machine operations
Ability to work in rotational shifts if required
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Qualification
Any Graduate / Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or relevant field preferred
