Job Summary

Senor Metals Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Plant HR Executive to handle day-to-day HR and administrative activities at the plant. The role will support smooth plant operations by managing manpower, statutory compliance and general administration.

Key Responsibilities

Plant HR Activities
Manage employee attendance, leave records, and shift rosters
Handle recruitment and onboarding of plant staff and workers
Maintain employee records, HR files, and registers
Support performance review and confirmation processes
Address employee queries related to HR policies and advantages

Statutory & Compliance
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
Maintain records for PF, ESI, Factory Act, and other plant compliances




Coordinate inspections and audits related to labor and safety

Administration
Manage plant-level administrative work (housekeeping, security, transport, canteen, etc.)
Handle vendor coordination for admin services
Support facility management and plant office upkeep
Maintain admin records and invoices

Employee Engagement & Welfare
Support employee engagement activities at the plant
Handle grievance management at the plant level
Assist in organizing training, safety programs, and plant events
