Core Responsibilities
Site Management: Overseeing daily site operations, including carpentry, electrical, painting, and finishing.
Execution & Quality: Ensuring work is executed as per design specifications, drawings, and high-quality standards.
Coordination: Managing subcontractors, vendors, and laborers to ensure a smooth workflow and on-time delivery.
Reporting: Preparing daily progress reports (DPRs) and updating project managers or clients on progress.
Material Management: Managing site materials, inventory, and minimizing wastage.
Safety Compliance: Enforcing site safety protocols and regulations.
Problem-Solving: Identifying and resolving in office technical or logistics issues promptly.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:



Generally 2–5 years of experience in residential or commercial interior projects.
Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret design drawings (AutoCAD).
Knowledge: Solid understanding of interior materials, finishes, and construction processes.
Soft Skills: Good communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
Education: A diploma or degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Civil Engineering ITI is often preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
