Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and execute civil and interior finishing works as per project timelines and quality standards.
Prepare quantity estimates (BOQ) and perform quantity surveying for project requirements.
Handle procurement and purchasing of building finishing materials by coordinating with vendors and suppliers.
Monitor material consumption, site progress, and ensure cost-effective execution.
Prepare project reports, measurements, and documentation using MS Office.
Review and interpret engineering drawings using AutoCAD.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
3–5 years of experience in civil construction,
interior fit-outs, or building finishing projects.
Robust knowledge of quantity surveying and BOQ preparation.
Experience in purchasing and procurement of building finishing materials.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (Excel, Word).
Valuable communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within project deadlines.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
