Key Responsibilities
Comprehensive Eye Examination:
Perform complete clinical eye check-ups, subjective and objective refractions, and binocular vision assessments.
Evaluate visual acuity and detect common ocular conditions or refractive errors.
Prescription & Lens Management:
Provide expert recommendations for single-vision, progressive, and specialized optical lenses based on customer prescriptions and visual requirements.
Guide customers through contact lens fittings, trial evaluations, and proper hygiene protocols.

Customer Follow-Up & Care:
Build long-term relationships through proactive follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction with their recent eyewear or contact lenses.
Address post-dispensing queries, adaptation issues, and visual comfort adjustments.
Troubleshooting & Problem Solving:
Identify and resolve issues related to lens power inaccuracies, frame fitting, frame-alignment errors, or adaptation challenges.

Handle customer concerns with empathy, technical expertise, and professionalism.

Requirements & Qualifications





Education: Bachelor of Optometry (B.Optom) is strictly mandatory.

Communication: Must be fluent in English (spoken and written) with robust interpersonal skills to explain technical details clearly to patients.

Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of advanced prescription lens designs (progressives, digital lenses, coatings) and contact lens fitting parameters.

Experience: Prior clinical or retail optometry experience handling precision refractions and lens recommendations is preferred.
