We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team at a reputed car showroom in Aluva, Desom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the facility, ensuring smooth operation of equipment, and supporting day-to-day maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs of showroom facilities and equipment
Inspect electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems regularly
Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues promptly
Ensure all safety standards and procedures are followed
Coordinate with external vendors when required
Maintain records of maintenance work and schedules
Requirements:
2 to 7 years of experience in maintenance or a related role
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
Ability to handle tools and equipment safely
Strong problem-solving skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in automobile showroom or similar setting
