We are seeking a qualified Production Chemist to manage and monitor manufacturing processes, ensure product quality, and maintain safety and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day production activities as per production plan
Monitor chemical processes and batch operations
Ensure quality standards are maintained during production
Maintain batch manufacturing records (BMR) & documentation
Perform raw material verification before production
Coordinate with Quality Control & Maintenance departments
Optimize production yield and reduce wastage
Follow GMP, safety, and SOP guidelines
Report any deviation or process issues to the Production Manager
Maintain cleanliness and safety in the production area
