Role Overview:
The Quality Engineer with expertise in U Stamp manufacturing processes for pressure vessels and heat exchangers plays a crucial role in ensuring that products meet the highest quality standards. With a robust understanding of ASME codes and certifications, this skilled will oversee quality control procedures, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with all regulatory and technical requirements during production.

Key Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance:
Oversee the quality control process for U Stamp-certified pressure vessels and heat exchangers.
Ensure adherence to ASME standards and industry regulations throughout the manufacturing process.
Develop and implement quality control procedures to identify and rectify deviations.
Inspection & Testing:
Perform detailed inspections and testing of materials, components, and finished products to meet U Stamp requirements.
Coordinate with production teams to verify that processes align with engineering specifications.
Maintain comprehensive inspection records,



including test reports and compliance documentation.
Process Improvement:
Identify areas for process optimization and recommend improvements to enhance product quality and reduce defects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure continuous improvement in quality management.
Documentation & Compliance:
Ensure that all quality documentation, including certification and traceability records, is accurately maintained.
Support the preparation for audits and ensure compliance with ASME and other relevant standards.

Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in quality control and assurance in U Stamp-certified pressure vessel and heat exchanger manufacturing.
In-depth knowledge of ASME codes, standards, and certifications.
Solid analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
