Supervise all bodyshop activities including denting, painting, accident repairs, and refinishing.
Allocate work to technicians and monitor productivity.
Ensure repairs are completed as per OEM standards and quality requirements.
Monitor turnaround time (TAT) and ensure on-time vehicle delivery.
Coordinate with service advisors, spare parts department, and insurance surveyors.
Prepare repair estimates and approve job cards.
Handle customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Maintain inventory of paints, consumables, tools, and equipment.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, 5S, and company policies.
Train, motivate, and evaluate bodyshop staff.
Monitor departmental KPIs, productivity, revenue, and cost control.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
