Job Description – CAD Design Engineer (SolidWorks)

Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh
Key Responsibilities

Design 2D & 3D CAD models of lithium-ion battery packs and mechanical components using SolidWorks*.

Prepare detailed manufacturing drawings, BOMs (Bill of Materials)*, and maintain drawing revisions.
Design battery enclosures, busbars, brackets, fixtures, and assemblies with DFM principles.
Coordinate with production and R&D; teams to implement design improvements.
Manage vendors for fabrication, sheet metal, CNC machining, laser cutting, and prototype development.
Ensure drawings and manufactured parts meet quality and dimensional requirements.
Requirements
Diploma/BE/BTech in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

2–5 years of experience in SolidWorks*.
Robust knowledge of 2D drafting, 3D modelling, BOM preparation, and manufacturing drawings.
Experience in vendor management and prototype development.
Experience in EV, battery packs,



or automotive products is preferred.Location: Naya Raipur, Sector 22, EMC Sector, Chhattisgarh

Time: 9 to 6 Day Shift

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Experience: 1–3 Years

Qualification:
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
Freshers with relevant battery design knowledge may also apply.
