Designation : Team Leader Sales

Location : Padil, Mangalore, Karnataka

Salary : up to 4 LPA + other statutory facility and Incentive

Preferred Language: Kannada, English Mandatory

Key Responsibilities

Sales Target Achievement
Achieve individual and team sales targets on a daily, monthly, and annual basis.
Allocate enquiries to team members and monitor follow‑ups and conversions.
Actively participate in closing high‑value or critical deals.
Support sales campaigns, events, and promotions.

Team Supervision & Coaching
Guide and motivate Sales Executives to improve productivity.
Conduct daily sales briefs, enquiry reviews, and performance tracking.
Train team members on product knowledge, sales pitch, objection handling, and closing techniques.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
