Job Title: Centre Head – Play School

Location: S.T. International School Junior, Shanti Kunj Road, Haroon Colony, Phulwari Sharif, Patna.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and result-oriented Centre Head to oversee the overall administration, academic excellence, and operational management of the Play School. The Centre Head will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning setting while ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the centre.

Key Responsibilities:
Academic Leadership
Plan, implement, and monitor early childhood curriculum and activities.
Ensure age-appropriate teaching methodologies and learning outcomes.
Supervise lesson planning and classroom execution.
Maintain high standards of teaching quality and child development practices.
Operations & Administration
Manage daily operations of the centre efficiently.
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and statutory regulations.
Oversee infrastructure, learning resources, and classroom readiness.
Maintain records, documentation, and reporting systems.
Staff Management
Recruit, train, mentor,



and evaluate teaching and support staff.
Conduct regular staff meetings and performance reviews.
Foster a positive, collaborative, and skilled work culture.
Parent Engagement & Admissions
Build solid relationships with parents and guardians.
Address parent concerns and ensure satisfaction.
Lead admission drives and promotional activities to achieve enrolment targets.
Financial & Business Management
Monitor budgets, expenses, and revenue targets.
Ensure optimal utilization of resources.
Support marketing initiatives to enhance the centre’s visibility.

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in early childhood education.
Prior experience in a leadership or administrative role preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
