SacredCycle LLP is looking for a Sustainability Operations Intern to support an early-stage circular economy startup working on innovative waste-to-value solutions in Varanasi.
This internship offers practical exposure to startup operations, field research, data collection, and business execution.
Responsibilities
Identify and map potential raw material sources across Varanasi
Conduct field visits and collect data on volume, timings, and logistics feasibility
Interact with local stakeholders and explore partnership opportunities
Support sourcing strategy, route planning, and operational systems
Maintain reports, spreadsheets, and progress updates
Assist in day-to-day operational activities
Requirements
Student or fresher interested in startups, sustainability, operations, or business development
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
Comfortable with field work and local travel in Varanasi
Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel preferred
Self-motivated and willing to learn
