Job description:

ROLE OVERVIEW:

As a Legal Associate your role and responsibility will encompass a broad spectrum of tasks aimed at ensuring revenue related matters, documentation processes and compliance framework by giving you an opportunity to learn, adapt and grow. You will be assisting the seniors and immerse yourself in the company’s cooperative work culture. By working with business teams, you’ll learn how legal strategies support commercial growth, while building the adaptability needed to thrive in a quick-paced, multi sector setting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Minimum 2 Yrs Experience as a Legal Executive

· Experience in to Real estate industry will be an advatage.

· Draft, review, and organize agreements, MOUs, Legal Opinions, sale deeds, lease deeds, and vendor contracts.

· Ensure contracts align with corporate policies and protect company interests.





· Support due diligence activities including title verification and document validation.

· Coordinate with external advocates, government offices, and registration authorities.

· Maintain proper records of legal files, approvals, and statutory documents.

· Prepare case briefs, keep a Track of ongoing court matters, notices and support management in legal proceedings.

· Track legal compliance requirements and assist in timely filings and renewals.

· Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all legal documents.

· Assist management with legal clarifications and reports as required.

Pay: ₹280,000.00 - ₹460,000.00 per year
