About the Role
We are looking for energetic and target-driven Pre-Sales Associates to generate qualified sales leads and engage with prospective customers over calls.
This is a remote opportunity suited for individuals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-focused sales workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Make approximately 200–350 outbound calls per day
Maintain 3.5–4 hours of productive talk time
Connect with prospective customers and understand their requirements
Generate and qualify sales leads
Schedule appointments or site visits for the sales team
Regularly follow up with interested prospects
Update call outcomes and customer information accurately in the CRM
Achieve daily, weekly and monthly performance targets
Participate in training, coaching and performance-review sessions
Training Period
Selected candidates will undergo a structured training period covering:
Product and project knowledge
Calling and customer-engagement processes
CRM usage
Lead qualification
Objection handling
Performance expectations
Continuation in the role will be subject to successful completion of training and meeting the required performance standards.
Working Structure
Permanent work-from-home prospect
Six working days per week
One rotational weekly off
Shift timings and weekly offs may be assigned based on business requirements
Employees must have a stable internet connection, a quiet working environment and the required calling setup
Contract Terms
The role will be governed by an ongoing contract without a predetermined end date. The contract will continue unless ended through resignation or termination in accordance with the terms of the agreement.
Ideal Candidate
Solid verbal communication skills
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
Target-oriented and disciplined
Able to work independently in a remote environment
Comfortable using CRM and calling tools
Previous experience in telecalling, inside sales, pre-sales or lead generation is preferred
