We are looking for a motivated and proactive Desktop Support Engineer to join our IT team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in supporting desktop, laptop, and office software solutions. You will play a key role in ensuring seamless IT operations by providing technical assistance and resolving technical issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, and MS Office products.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems.
Assist users in resolving IT-related issues in their daily operations.
Diagnose and resolve software application issues.
Configure, update, and maintain antivirus software to ensure system security.
Provide basic networking support and have a general understanding of DNS and DHCP protocols.
Ensure hardware and software applications are in optimal working condition.




Maintain detailed logs of issues and resolutions.

Required Skills:
Solid problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Basic knowledge of desktop hardware and software troubleshooting.
Familiarity with networking concepts such as DNS and DHCP.
Valuable communication skills and customer-service oriented attitude.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Skills:
Prior experience in IT support or desktop troubleshooting is a plus.
Knowledge of additional software and hardware platforms.
