We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Lead Generation Executive to support our business development team in generating qualified leads and building a strong sales pipeline.
Job Summary
The Lead Generation Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales team by scheduling meetings and maintaining prospect databases. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work in US night shift timings.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential B2B clients through online platforms and databases
Generate qualified leads using email outreach, LinkedIn, and other digital channels
Conduct initial communication with prospects via email and calls
Maintain and update lead information in CRM or tracking systems
Follow up with prospects to nurture interest and engagement
Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team
Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for lead conversion
Meet monthly lead generation and appointment targets
Prepare daily and weekly reports on lead activities
Email & Outreach Responsibilities
Send professional emails to potential clients for business outreach
Maintain targeted email lists for campaigns
Follow up on email responses and track engagement
Support email-based lead nurturing activities
Ensure clear, professional, and business-appropriate communication
Required Skills
1–3 years of experience in lead generation / business development / inside sales
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Robust internet research and analytical skills
Basic knowledge of CRM tools
Ability to work independently and meet targets
