Develop PLC programs from scratch based on machine requirements and process sequences.
Design and implement PLC logic for current automation projects.
Create machine control programs including sequence logic, interlocks, safety conditions, and automation functions.
Program and configure PLC systems such as Siemens, Mitsubishi, Allen-Bradley, Omron, Delta, or equivalent platforms.
Develop HMI screens and establish communication between PLC, HMI, servo drives, sensors, and other automation devices.
Program and integrate servo motors, servo drives, and motion control applications.
Perform servo parameter setting, tuning, positioning control, and motion sequence programming.
Understand electrical drawings and convert machine concepts into PLC logic.
Participate in machine trials, commissioning, and production startup activities.
Create PLC backups, program documentation, and control system manuals.
Work closely with electrical design and mechanical teams for machine automation development.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
