Sales Engineer Industrial Mechanical Power TransmissionRole & Responsibilities
Develop current business prospects for industrial mechanical power transmission products in the assigned territory.
Promote and sell mechanical power transmission couplings, backlash-free couplings, bellows couplings, gear couplings, disc couplings, Cardan shafts, and allied industrial products to OEMs, EPC contractors, machine builders, end-users, consultants, and industrial dealers.
Identify applications involving rotating equipment, servo drives, machine tools, automation systems, and precision motion control, and recommend suitable engineering solutions.
Visit customers regularly to understand their application requirements and provide technically appropriate product selections.
Prepare techno-commercial quotations and follow up until order conversion.
Negotiate commercial terms while maintaining profitability.
Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and application discussions.




Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through regular visits and prompt technical support.
Provide pre-sales and post-sales application support, including product selection and troubleshooting.
Coordinate with suppliers, internal sales, logistics, and service teams for smooth order execution.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets along with collection and outstanding recovery targets.
Maintain CRM records, daily visit reports, quotation logs, sales forecasts, and business pipelines.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities within the industrial engineering sector.

Pay: ₹425,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
