We are looking for an experienced Team Leader – Study Abroad to lead and mentor our counseling team in Calicut. Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of Study Abroad Counselors.
Monitor daily admissions, applications, and conversion targets.
Coach counselors to improve student conversion and performance.
Handle student and parent escalations professionally.
Ensure timely application processing and coordination with documentation and visa teams.
Conduct regular team training and performance reviews.
Prepare daily and monthly MIS reports for management.
Support seminars, webinars, educational fairs, and marketing activities.
Drive team productivity while maintaining excellent student service.
Directly counsel students and convert admissions.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in the Study Abroad industry.




Experience in leading or mentoring a counseling team is preferred.
Strong knowledge of international admissions, university applications, and visa procedures.
Excellent communication, counseling, and leadership skills.
Ability to achieve team targets in a fast-paced setting.
