Monitor machine performance and improve production efficiency.
Ensure consistent product quality and reduce rejection.
Plan daily production and achieve production targets.
Minimize raw material wastage and manufacturing costs.
Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and warehouse teams.
Implement process improvements to increase productivity.
Maintain production reports and manufacturing records.
Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
Train operators on machine operation and production procedures.
Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
Non-woven abrasive pad production
Raw materials such as nylon fibre, abrasive minerals,



resin, and bonding process
Machine setup, calibration, and troubleshooting
Lamination, cutting, punching, and packaging processes
Quality control standards for scouring pads
Production planning and process optimization
Experience in reducing downtime, improving productivity, and minimizing wastage.
Ability to lead production teams and solve shop-floor issues.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
