At Terrasparq, we specialize in delivering reliable IT infrastructure and support services to our clients. We’re seeking a Technical Support System Administrator who can maintain systems, resolve technical issues, and ensure seamless IT operations.

Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Monitor system performance and security, and apply patches or updates as needed.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues via remote desktop or in office support.
Maintain documentation for IT procedures and system configurations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT infrastructure projects.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.




1–3 years of experience in system administration or technical support.
Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux settings, Active Directory, and Office 365.
Familiarity with networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN, TCP/IP).
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,423.87 - ₹40,000.00 per month
