Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers.
Explain products and services clearly and professionally.
Follow up with interested prospects.
Convert leads into customers.
Handle basic customer queries.
Maintain records of calls and customer interactions.
Achieve assigned sales targets.
Requirements
0–2 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, customer support, or a similar role.
